Review the terms and conditions for receiving automated driver-arrival text updates from A-AAA Taxi NJ. We prioritize your privacy and strictly avoid marketing or promotional messages.
Consent and opt-in process
Customers can opt in to receive SMS driver-arrival notifications when booking a ride online. Opting in requires entering your mobile phone number and checking a dedicated, optional text-notification checkbox. This box remains unchecked by default, and booking a ride never requires opting into SMS alerts.
Providing a phone number or submitting a booking request alone does not authorize text messages. Consent wording clearly describes arrival alerts, notes that message frequency varies by ride, and outlines standard terms.

Message types and frequency
A-AAA Taxi NJ sends transactional driver-arrival alerts only. When your taxi arrives at your pickup location, you will receive an alert such as: "Your A-AAA Taxi NJ driver has arrived at your pickup location. Please come outside. Reply STOP to opt out."
Customers typically receive one SMS notification per booked ride. Message frequency depends entirely on how many rides you schedule. We never send advertisements, discounts, or promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out, help, and contact details
You can unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP directly to any text message received. For questions or text assistance, reply HELP or contact our dispatch team directly by calling (732) 628-0000.
Please note that replying STOP to opt out of SMS notifications does not cancel an active ride reservation. To modify or cancel your booking, please call our office directly.
